What We Are NOT
Important Note: What Fraud Aware is NOT
NOT: A group of investments advisors
FA members shall NEVER tell anyone where they should or shouldn’t invest their money. All FA members can do is point them to the RED Flags & GREEN Flags and let them decide.
NOT: A CPA accounting firm or tax advisor
We can not represent anyone before the Department of State or the IRS, nor provide accounting or tax counsel. Those seeking such assistance should be pointed to reputable CPA firms.
NOT: A Legal Council
FA members shall NOT advise on legal implications and should point those requesting information to seek legal counsel from reputable attorneys.
NOT: An Investment Organization
FA is NOT licensed, registered, or authorized to invest money for other people or organizations.
NOT: An Authority
FA does NOT take a position of authority. We do NOT investigate any operation to provide a verdict to those seeking information. Any research conducted is for internal purposes only and is confidential to FA.
NOT: An Ambulance
FA does NOT step in to take control, clean up, or lead through an unfortunate situation.
NOT: A Breach of Trust
Many confide in FA and share personal and confidential information. This information MUST be safeguarded and in no way mishandled.
Our Team
